It is what Line above says, and it is definitely rude, but between friends it could sound less insulting than it sounds in english. It could be freely translated "oh, man, you are such a pain in the **s with this c**p"

The question is...where did you hear this and were they saying it to you?  It did make me laugh reading it, that's for sure.  Please understand that Greek is a very colourful language and sometimes things sound worse than they are.  I'm a professor of Modern Greek, so I know!  I can't wait to hear the next thing you want translated!  Kali tyxh!
