  1. Greeks pronounce "WC" as ve-se

(both e-s as in 'pet' -- the pronunciation is based on french).

    They can also say "τουαλέτ(τ)α" / "τουαλέτ(τ)ες"

    (too-a-LE-ta / too-a-LE-tes, e-s as in 'pet', a-s as in 'father'

-- the words are singular / plural for the "hellenized" french "toilette").

  2. WC stands for water closet and is used throughout europe. Greeks just use the Greek word for bathroom rather than pronouncing "W C"

  3. We pronounce W as is pronounced in German and C as is pronounced in French, when you say the alphabet.

  4. "NERO to doolapi " will be the closest you'll get or "i too-aleta which means toilet

  5. "toy-let-tah"

When was the last time you went anywhere and said "excuse me, where is the W.C?"

  6. Greeks usually say "kenefi".
