Green Cheek Conure problem Help?

well everytime i give my bird food and water he will eat and drink it and then when hes done he picks up his food and water dish and dumps it everywhere and im afraid that hes gunna do it at night and have notin else to eat and ie tried to put the little caps on top and he still does it.

You need get feeders that attach to the cage with a clamp like these:

As said you need to get feeder that attach to the cage, but then he'II get wise and just throw the food out.

My African Grey can't get his dishes out, so he picks up his food and throws it all over, he likes to bark at the dog when she eats his pellet food!

Are the water and food bowls connected to the cage?  I would make sure that they are fastened onto the cage.

Birds throw their food around because of their wish to "feed the forest" beneath them.  They did that in the wild.
