Is the restaurant Green Mango, on Young St a chain?

I live in London, ont. and still dream of their "tofu and tomato"

does anyone know this recipe?

its a small chain. but i dont think you will be able to get the recip, unless you ask some1 there

It is a chain...a small one anyway.  They have 4 locations in Toronto (two on Young Street and two on Bloor Street W.) and one in Calgary.  As for the recipe, that is a lot harder to find.
