Green Monster Standing Room Only (Fenway Park)?

How's the standing room on the Green Monster at Fenway Park? Has anyone ever been up there? What was your experience like? Is it worth $40 or $50 a ticket? Thanks

I disagree with BF.  Being on the Monster comes with a very special feeling.  You're standing on history itself.  As a red Sox fan, I can tell you how much I loved being on the wall.  I love Fenway, but there is something truly special about seeing a game from atop the famous Green Monster.  It made me feel more connected somehow to the park and it's amazing history.

As for is it worth it, good god buy the tickets!  Check out the price on stubhub for GM sro seats.  Depending on the game, they are going for $120 and up.  Each.  So even if you choose to listen to BF, buy them and resell them for a profit.  Fans here LOoooooooooove the Monster and are will to pay more to get there!

Besides, the SRO on the Monster isn't bad.  You have a good long shelf/bar type thing to lean on and put your food on.

But as I said, for $40 or $50 bucks, go for it and enjoy the game! Decide for yourself if it was worth it.  E1 is different, but I would go again for sure if it was a good deal like yours.

no get a regular ticket. it is cool to say u have done it but the view isnt that great the only perk is batting practice but i personnaly dont think it is worth it

waste of money it's like 25-30 bucks but i'd rather walk around the stadium then find open seats when people leave or you can buy 13 dollar pesci pole tickets from a scalper like i did
