Green P-Plate Rules?

Can green P-Platers drive ANYONE and as much people they like over 11pm??

You are a licenced driver. In England and Wales a 'P' plate basically means you have just past you drivers test and are inexpereinced and may make mistakes. You only really learn to drive when you no longer have someone next to you to tell you what to do.

Yes. Only red p-platers cannot drive over 11pm. but can only carry one passenger thats under 25 over 11pm. And if you're the driver you can allow as much people you want (if you have enough seats) but they have to be 25 or over.
