Green Smoothies?

Somebody has some good and easy recepies for green smoothies?

What about a banana smoothie, with some vanilla soy milk in it or soy ice cream and just add a couple drops of green food coloring?  

Or a veggie smoothie

Doesn't matter, any green veggies you find should be good in your smoothie, as long as you include a bit of fresh apple juice (real stuff from a juicer).  Truthfully, the more variety of stuff you put in, the better it'll be, and you don't have to worry about adhering to a recipe.

I keep mine very simple.

Basic Recipe

1 cup fruit Fresh or Unsweeten Frozen* I like a tropical blend

water or juice(again unsweetened) to make it blendable

Hand full Organic Baby Spinach * This can be increased as your taste bud mature.

Raw Dates, Raw Agave Nectar or Stevia if you need it sweeter

Also great additions are Bee Pollen & this is a good time to do your Flax, I use ground flax meal just a tablespoon.

This will be GREEN but tatse like fruit YUMMY, & healthy.

Yes.. I love this recipie.. If you put the right amount of ingredients, you don't taste the kale or spinach at ALL (though it may have a slighty "piny" smell)  Anyway.. you don't taste the greens at ALL, only the Bananna and pineapple

Put several spoonfulls of OJ concentrate on the bottom of the blender

put pineapple juice

blend

put half a bananna... blend

add more pineapple or OJ as desired

add moderate amounts of kale and spinach

blend

Sounds aweful, but tastes great! I promise! You only taste the bananna, Pineapple and OJ.. NOT the Kale and spinach
