I LOVE Green Tea very much so.

And I have also heard that green Tea has a ton of caffeine in it.

But I have many Urinary tract Problems.

What I have heard is that caffeine is bad, in my kind of situation.

So my wuestion to you all, is there any certain brand of Green tea that does not have caffeine in it?

Or is there a certain brand that has less caffeine thn another brand?

Or am I stuck and there is no difference.

  2. Sorry about your situation.

Green tea only has 30 mg of caffein per serving. You can get caffeine free green tea though. At least green tea has much less than other drinks.

Soda has about 35 - 50 mg per serving.

Regular tea has 50 mg per serving

Energy drinks start at 80 - 85 mg per serving

Coffee starts at 85 mg per serving

Another thing that will be beneficial for you is cranberry juice. Or is that just for kidneys? Dang I forgot now.

EDIT: ADDED: If a tea container does not say caffeine free it will have caffeine in it. It is not in the nutrition information box but will be found in the list of ingredients.

  3. Organic green tea is free of caffeine and is grown without the use of pesticides or synthetic fertilizers.  Using the CO2 method, this particular green tea maintains its unique flavors and contains no caffeine.
