  1. they say that because it  clears out your insides so more is coming out of you that actually went into you!

  2. Tea is a diuretic because of the caffeine.  Decaf tea won't make you pee quite as often.

  3. Never heard the saying. Seems real stupid to pick on just green tea though.

First of all drinking ANY liquid will make you pee. Drinking any liquid which contains caffeine makes a bit more, at least at first. Caffeine takes more water to process than a caffeinated drink can offer. So you pee out the water in the drink and extra in your body used to process it out fairly quickly.

This means that caffeine has a dehydrating affect on the body. If it is not replaced soon afterwards then the peeing will slow down to below average. You should really replace the water by drinking some within 15 - 30 minutes after finishing a caffeinated drink. This list includes sodas, teas, coffee, and energy drinks.

  4. I'm not sure about that, but green tea makes me less thirsty the entire day after  I drink it  and less hungry

  5. i suppose because it is a liquid after u drink any liquid u will want to go to the toilet.

  6. Tea is a natural diuretic, so, yes, you will have to use the bathroom frequently, depending on how much you drink. You will not burn fat by drinking tea (although some teas have caffeine which is a stimulant). You will most likely be losing water weight
