Green Tea???

Question

You know how green tea is supposed to be really good for you? Does the same hold true for arizona green tea with ginseng (diet)? I drink it every day, just because I love it, but it'd be great if it's actually good for me too:)

Yes that is goo for you too. The regular Arizona green tea may have a bit more sugar than is necessary but it is still good for you. The diet may be better as it has less calories but it still has that fake sugar c**p in it that leaves a very nasty taste in your mouth.

im not exactly sure if it is ive heard its bad for you. GREEN TEA IS AWSOOOOMEEEE!!!!
