Green Thumbs Please Help!?

We are in Florida and have St Augustine grass. We applied Scotts Weed & Feed twice over the winter. We have been getting a ton of rain which has been great for the grass but the weeds are out of control. I was told you cant to the weed and feed in the summer or your burn your grass. Is there anything I can do to kill the weeds and fertalize in the summer?

St. Augustine is real sensitive to chemicals.  Contact your county agent to get a better answer.  Cooperative Extension Service........http://solutionsforyourlife.ufl.edu/map/... your county on the web page and go from there.
