a mix of both is good. i'd rather have green, if it was a green-green, not a baby-p**p-spinach-green. i have bright-pale-blue and people sh.t over them, but it makes me look washed out.

i like the shape of the eye not the color but if i had to choose it would be blue

I'd say green, but I agree with the first answer. I look at the shape of the eyes first, and then the colour.
