  1. With our the guy asked if we live together and how often we have s*x. I mentioned almost daily and he said your visa is approved.

  2. Hi all,

My husband and I had a Green Card interview this morning. Not to scare anybody, but OMG was it intense! We have known each other for fourteen years, had been dating for two years before we got married, and had been married for over a year. We have same interests, we are passionate same passions, love the same things about life... So we were not worried at all, had a great dinner at home the night before the interview, and went to bed totally relaxed. That was until the moment the interviewer bombarded us with hundreds of questions, so fast that at one point I could not remember my husbands best friend's name, even the guy comes to our house a lot! I did not know my husband's cell phone number, still don't, but it is programmed in my iPhone, so I never see the actual number when I dialed.  The interview was switching from asking me to asking my husband so fast that often we did not have time to finish saying what we were saying. He would go back and ask same question to me what he asked my husband, but just dates, family b-days, family members occupations,  his brother  children's  names (which I did not know since I saw them once) and their age... We were not asked one single thing about us as a couple, what we love and enjoy and staff real married couples, as us,  really do and really have in common.  We left the office like two zombies. Hopefully it will be OK, but not an east interview at all!!!

  4. hi, my wife and i had our interview on 09/08/09 2 weeks ago, i was very concern cause their are things that you dont always know about someone that can slip u expecialy in this instance, however we were somewhat prepared.Well this is first hand information, just be calm n collective, think that u guys are @ this to collect a million dollars yu know be normal cause that is the most important thing talk to each other about things that u have to do later eg. 'what would you like for dinner honey', that is when the officer is not speakin to u .Make sure u take bank statements, have known oganisations give u a letter inviting both u guys to d event with both ur names, have an album of pictures with his or her parents, other family, friends, vacations together etc. life inssurance, post cards from past, they luv to see alot of bank stuff, health plans d idea is to walk in there with couple bags n envelopes, make sure that u have ur I-94 n all documents organise eg.have an envelope for everything they love to see someone organise.label ur folders.things that they are goin to ask for sure cause i am an officer.Do u guys live together, whats ur address, how long u lived together, did u have a wedding. if not why,did ur parents attended d wedding if not why,do u speak to ur inlaws, when last u saw ur inlaws, you need to GOOGLE questions asked @ green card interview n u r goin to see about 160 questions it may look like alot but u already know the answers cause its ur spouce, however as i mentioned at the top u could miss some the idea is for both u guys to b on d same page. Listen dont worry about this interview it's a piece of cake if u worry u r goin to fail cause if u show that u r scared we r goin to wonder why r u nervous now it is normal to be but it is goin to raise some flag that u dont want let ur interview be like a hang out at Hooters restaurant havin dinner with ur best friends. be real #%@5*(% calm. The reason i m so long is to let u know d more u is goin to help. Good luck see u in a month hahaha.

  5. Hello Everyone,
I am really worried and I really need someone's advise. I and my (US citizen) husband have been married for almost a year now and I just got my interview call for a conditional greencard. We both got into an argument and I called the cops on him. The judge ordered the order of protection against him. Now I am worried that he will not go to the interview with me. What do I do in these circumstances? Should I reschedule my interview date? Is it ok if he does not go?
Please help. I am so worried!

    Thank you,
    Mary
