  1. Nuclear is the only green energy that works for a base load power source i.e. actually produce power consistently when the demand is high.

  2. Solar

  3. Between solar, wind & hydrogen, I believe hydrogen will replace gasoline in running our cars in the near future.  More people will turn to solar power  to heat their hot water and and more wind generators will power our homes during the night to back up their solar panels for elecrity during the day.

  4. AT PRESENT ONLY WIND ENERGY IS SUITABLE

  5. There are few options,

    Green electricity..

    100% green its costly/

    20 % accredible ele

    12 % accredible ele

    10 % accredible ele.

Chose which one your provider gives you..

  6. If the objective is to store some power for use, then wind power can fit that purpose.

Wind can be low cost if either we can consume it usefully as it is being generated... whether we use it for water heating or heating large tanks of hot water to be used while wind is scarce. A bit less economical, it can drive banks of superflywheels, charge batteries, generate hydrogen, power compressed gas vehicles. It can pump water from below the dam back up to the top of it. It can run desalination plants.

Well, in reality it can also wash your clothes as long as you have enough clothes to go between winds.

Wind is not particularly  useful for powering your radio and TV, computer. We could use it to build up a shed full of ice for refrigeration, but we would not want to use it to power a fridge or deep freeze because we do not design them to get through prolonged power outages.

The best green power, however is the ability to get along with power that is available when it is, and is not when it is not.

  7. solar. all the way.
