Green rumped parrotlet?

wat can and cant a green rumped parrotlet eat besides

their own food wat about human food????

also can they eat a crushed bolied egg with the shell???

I have a pacific parrotlet and they eat the same things, human foods: all fruits and veggies but avacodo and no fruit pits also no chocolate, dairy products or anything with sugar and salt. Otherwise they eat everything else, love pizza crust and eat cooked meat, pasta(no salt or sauce), plain mashed potatoes, i feed mine egg without the shell..
