  1. Do you mean replave the white background with a video? please answer to this question I have done both clay animations and green screen many times, I will most likely know the answer

Can you tell me what program your using to do this?

  2. You'll need some kind of program that'll allow you to chroma key (or, in this case, it's really more of a luma key if it's all white) the background out, and composite in the desired footage.

    See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bluescreen

If you don't mind processing each photo, rather than processing the resulting video file, you could replace the background a number of ways in Photoshop - be it through tweaking layer blend modes to pass the lower layer through the white areas, or by selecting and removing the white background with masking tools - revealing a frame of your choice in the layer underneath.

If this all sounds overly technical, you may need to get your hands a little dirty and poke around a few sites for supplemental info. It's not rocket science, though. If you want to get it done, it can be done - and once you know how, it's fairly easy.

You're on the right track by asking the question, don't be afraid to read up on it - the better you understand it, the better your results will be.

    Good luck!
