Green tea, what does it do? how much should i drink?

ok so, iv given up the old pg tips and coffee. its not good for you. its caffeene.

iv been drinking green tea. and i love it. i can drink 10 cups a day.

there is no badness in it right? its just antioxidant?

what does that do to the body?

does it make you feel better in the lng run?

how much should i drink?

o no one please answer this q and say its bad for you because it not is it! everything is bloody bad for you thease days, im hearing from retards that water is bad for you.

  1. Green tea also contains caffine, about a third of the amount in coffee apparently.

    There are apparently lots of effects, but most haven't ever been proven. People SAY green tea can help you:

    Lose weight,

    Raise metabolism,

    Increase fat oxidation,

    Prevent (and treat) cancer,

    Treat some degenrative diseases,

    and more

    It can also apparently cause nausea and insomnia if you have too much of it.

    It's been used in traditional medicine to do everything from treating wounds and curing hangovers to increasing brain power and improving your hearts health.

    Remember though that a lot of this is unproven so may not be correct.


  2. there are limits of how much tea you can or should drink.

    10 cups a day is a lot ... you probably take too much caffeine .. especially if your green tea comes in little bags instead of the loose stuff ..

    i would suggest to take less but better brewed and prepared ... a nice wulong nicely brewed and prepared is wonderful and so is a gyokuru ( sorry if my spelling is wrong)

    i was like you a few months ago and decided to go slow on my tea ... i came to realise that i appreciate even more now my cuppa then i was before ...
