  1. Compared to black tea, green tea does not contain much caffeine. Camellia sinensis, which is the plant tea is made from is a mild stimulant. As far as upsetting your stomach, tea can do that. But usually only on higher dosages and on sensitive stomachs due to an intake of caffeine and other chemicals in the plant. Have a good night sleep. In the future, if you're really concerned with caffeine intake, purchase caffeine-free teas.

  2. if it has doesnt have caffeine it should say so on the box  i think what you should worry about is the fact that drinking a hot cup of tea before going to bed is going to make you have to pee

  3. Yes there is caffeine in green tea

there is not as much as coffee

if you have a tender tummy it might make your tummy upset.

I always drink mint tea (it will help with the upset tummy)

or chamomile tea (will help sleep and upset tummy)

    or a mixture of both.

you can buy sleepy time tea (it has both mint and chamomile tea in it)

ginger is another good tea to calm down and for an upset tummy.

it can be sweetened with honey.

ginger is a great tea you do not even need to drink it for it to work.

if you grate 1 tsp or thinly slice several slices of fresh ginger root.

pour one cup of boiling water over it and cover the cup

let sit covered for 10 Min's

smell the vapours this alone will help your tummy and relax you.

  4. Don't drink green tea if you wish to sleep!  It has caffeine.  Green tea is not the best for an upset stomach.  Better to just sip some warm water.

  5. green tea is loaded with caffeine,

i definatly wouldnt take it before bed

or you wont be able to get to sleep,

if you are that desperate try some

sleepy time tea. Also try counting

sheep it really does work haha

    good luck :)

  6. I'm pretty sure it will work
