Im trying to quit drinking pop, and I hate coffee, so I was wondering what is a good tasting tea that still has a little caffeine in it!

Most caffeine - any variety of black tea

best without sugar - white tea, because it is so subtle and mild.

My personal favorite is "twig tea,"  made from the toasted stems and twigs of the tea plant.  Very nutty, earthy, deep, and almost no caffeine.  I gave up coffee and I don't miss it because of this tea.

My advice for giving up soda: just stop drinking it.  Whenever you crave it, have some water.  The cravings will stop after 2 weeks.

How can I lower the amount of caffeine in my cup?

2) Usually herbal teas (ie. peppermint, spearmint) and fruit teas (ie. apricot, berry) require less sweetening than black teas.  Cinnamon (ground or stick form) provides a natural sweetener, an alternative to refined sugar or nutrasweet.

I did the same thing and I like green tea and i brew it and I add some fresh ginger root or add some citrus and I don't use sugar so you might have to add some kind of sweetener(simple syrup is good )that's equal parts of sugar and water boiled together. but I always like to try different teas. I do also like the different varieties of Arizona teas.
