Green tv screen please help!!!!?

Question

ive just brought a panasonic tv off ebay, hubby saw it work in the persons house, we got it home, plugged it in and the picture is completley green and black, when you first put it on and you normally get white and black snow effect even that is green and black, does this mean the tv is broke or is there anything i can do to get colour on it? ive changed the colour, brightness, sharpness ect and its still just green and black

you've lost blue and red ,you dont say whether its LCD,CRT,OR PLASMA,either way,it's a physical repair yoy need RGB Inputs may have faulty cables,give that a go first,as blue and red may be cut in your scart or HDMI lead.
