There are jobs listed for Greenpeace here, many of them regarding work on their ships. But note that they don't take just anyone -- they need people who have experience as part of a ship's crew:

A better idea might be to join Greenpeace and participate in their many other activities to stop whaling and other practices that are harmful to the environment.

buy a boat, write greenpeace on the side and go whaling yourself

They do have seminars, recruitment and training sessions.

you just drink allot of booze wait until the waves are 30 feet high and the swells are twice that.. go jump in your 15 foot canoe and get in the path of one of those big whaling vessels.. I'm sure Greenpeace will gladly take you in... good luck
