Greetings: I recieved a timex

Question

Greetings: I recieved a timex perpetual calendar watch for Christmas. No box, no instructions for setting the day and date. It's obviously smarter than me.

I would appreciate it so much, if you could give me the basics on setting these functions.

I simply cannot get them to corrrdinate with day and date.
