Gregorio Manzano wants Juventus to increase bidding price for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Sergio-c33030 Aguero – La Liga news
Newly appointed Atletico Madrid manager, Gregorio Manzano, has generated deep concerns for Juventus’ chances of acquiring Sergio Aguero, as he revealed that he would be happier to let the Argentinean complete a transfer move to archrivals, Real Madrid, rather
than letting him go for a cut-price deal to another club.
Having netted an impressive 26 goals in the season ended for Los Rojblancos, the Argentine international has been strongly linked with a move away to Estadio http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Vicente-c36001 Calderon this summer season, with reports claiming Juventus to be his future destination.
It would come as an eye-opener for Juventus, as they now need to improve on their €25 million bid to lure the in-demand striker away from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Spain-c3011. In accordance to Aguero’s buy-out contract clause with Gregorio Manzano’s men, he can only leave the club when
potential suitors agree to meet a price tag of €45 million.
With the highest bidder remaining Manzano’s top priority, it has allowed Manchester City and cash-rich Real Madrid to come and join the race. Despite reports mentioning that Aguero could not join the cross-city rivals as per the player’s contract, Manzano
has included Madrid in the contenders list.
“I'd rather see him join http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Real-c30728 Madrid for €45 million [£39m] than see him signing for another team for only €25m [£22m]. I just want the best deal for the club. However, both clubs have an agreement that he will not go to Real.” Manzano said.
With Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho praising Aguero for his extraordinary talent, the 23-year-old has previously stated that he could leave the club in favour of La Liga runner-ups.
Manzano added that Aguero would always be welcome at the club should a transfer fail to materialize.
“I am not closing the door for him. I would http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Love-c22466 to train him and would happily welcome him at the training pitch. One should not forget that the player is still ours." Manzano added.
Real Madrid have slim chances of landing the sensational Argentine, however, Juventus could get his signature should they show a little bit more flexibility in their initial €25 million bid.
