There is a high speed train service (TGV) from Paris (Gare de Lyon) to Grenoble in 3 hours (Grenoble is ~600km away from Paris).

So from Orly airport you first have to go to Gare de Lyon (for example by Orlyval, RER B and RER A) from where you get in a TGV to Grenoble
