Does anyone know the date (or around about) when Grey's Anatomy's Fifth season begins in Australia?

I am really very anxious to know as it is my fav show, i can't wait to see if Derek really does the right thing and breaks up with rose like he promises!

It has been confirmed that Grey’s Anatomy will have a fifth season starting sometime this Fall. There is also a possibility that the production of the fifth season could be delayed because of the possibility of a Screen Actors Guild strike.[23] The season is to start on September 25 straight after the third season premiere of Ugly Betty for a two-hour long premiere. OK! magazine reported that Katherine Heigl is still staying on Grey's Anatomy and wants her character Dr. Izzie Stevens to have a brain tumor[24].
