Question:

Grey Vaginal Discharge?

by  |  earlier

0 LIKES UnLike

Today I noticed I have grey (comes in smooth clumps), with traces of blood, in my discharge.

I looked up the possibilities but what I looked at online said it could be an STD. I've never had anything grey before. Usually it's white.

-19 1/2 years old

-never had s*x

-not in a relationship (last time kissed someone was Feb, only a few pecks)

-will be getting period in the next week or so

-haven't been sick

-did have a bloody nose today + bad sunburn?

-I didn't smell it, but not strong enough smell to smell it otherwise

-not taking any medications

What do you think? Anyone had anything similar?

  1. maybe some thing is wrong inside there probly a tumor, check out your gynecologist, thats all I know if a girl has something going on there.

  2. Yes, it could be an STD. Do you take any type of drug/medication?

  3. Hi Sweetie,

You need to go to the doctor and have your self checked out. I have never heard of gray discharge before. Please see your doctor A.S.A.P. be safe not sorry My Friend.

  4. it sounds like yeast infection you should it check.

  5. I would suggest going to the doctor ASAP.  I don't know how grey the discharge is.  If it's more like an off-white, it can be just a yeast infection (although that usually involves itching and you're not itching).  It's the traces of blood that worries me.  If you're right about your period, then this wasn't menstrual blood.

    Take care and good luck.

  6. wow. i have never heard of grey discharge either.

i am pretty sure there is nothing wrong with you whatsoever. but if it is a bit clumpy it could be a yeast infection. did you wear your swimsuit for too long? that could stir something up.

  7. hey i went and searched it and u dont need to panic bc it shud be sumthin easy to fix. This grayness may be a sign of infection or and STD. Now think if this person u kiss may have had an STD. That may also be a reason. Also the information found said this may be caused frm sexual excite or emotional stress. So if I were you in the next to days if it dusn't get any better I wud go to my doctor. Explain the situation to them and the research u've found ab it.

  8. Sounds like Bacterial Vaginosis with the grey discharge. Does it itch? If it starts to smell fishy, then it is definitely BV. If you have not had s*x, then it is not an STI. I'm not sure about the traces of blood, could that be due to your period being so close?

The best thing you can do is go to the doctor, because it could be BV (which can only be treated with prescription antibiotics) or it could be a yeast infection.

    Good luck.

  9. you got a blowned head gasket

  10. Could very well bw a yeast infection, you don't have to be sexually active to get it.
