  1. Not one factor can create a change but many; so genetics are always part of it because if they weren't it wouldn't be genetically possible to go grey would it?

Follicle colour has nothing to do with the actual quality of the hair strand but simply a sign that the pigment is no longer being made.

This is far more common then you think & nothing to worry about at all.

Stress if often a factor that promotes the onset of premature greying of the hair but i've known it to happen to many people who are completely healthy and happy in themselves.

It can either continue to spread or simply remain in only that area in a selected number of follicles - it depends on your genetic makeup.

Supplements that the medical community believes can assist in stopping, reversing or slowing the process are:

PABA, Vitamin B complex, Kelp, Selenium & Zinc.

  2. Your going prematurely grey. Your pretty lucky because some go grey when they are 12 and 13. I know my cousin and one of my friends went grey in their early teens. You have to dye your hair. There is no way to get rid of them. Pulling them out of your head is not a good idea, it can ruin hair growth and if it doenst the grey hair will just grow back.

  3. well what ever you do DON'T pull them out. That cause more to grow back

    please do this!

  4. It's most likely stress that you underwent in the pas year seeing as you're a student you probably worry about assignments and homework and such.

  5. Different peoples hair balds and greys at different points. I have heard of someone who had an entire grey streak in there hair at 16. My cousin(26) already has a giant bald spot on his head. BUT there is a possibility that you are overly stressed and you need to relax and they might go away. By the way what they say about pulling them out is commpleatly false. It has been studied. If you only have a couple -pull them out, it wont matter.

  6. Your stress level might be high.

  7. best guess is stress or genes

DONT PULL THEM OUT OR YOU WILL GROW ALOT MORE
