Greyhound racing sweepstake rules?

Question

my dog came 3rd in a sweepstake tonite where the top 2 qualify for the final. The heat winner broke its leg after race when it was running back to its owner, i was gutted for it as it ran a super race. Now as it wont be able to take part in the final, does my dog replace him or is it the fastest 3rd place in the stake that qualifies for the final? thanks

Have a look at bookies' lists. Is your dog still quoted or has it been removed?
