Greyhounds are all set to set the track on fire in the 2011 James J Patton Silver Cup on Saturday
The certification for the 2011 James J Patton Silver Cup, three more races are yet to be held, this is a last chance for the hounds to make their place in the finals.
The hound who will run fast and who will prove himself as a real go getter, will only set the track on fire and grab the spot light in the finals.
The Orange Park Kennel Club is organizing the semifinal events which are scheduled on the 7th, 10th, and the 11th on the card.
Until now the results of the race are showing Leading Step a brindle b***h as a big competition for rest of the participants, in the race held on the 7th. Owner S. Lester Raines three-year-old has kept herself in a well maintained position during the stakes
race. More impressive performances are being expected from her side in the 2011 James J Patton Silver Cup.
Along with Leading Step, a black dog Kiowa Adara Art is also famous for his out class hits in the race, on the 26th of August 2011 the three-year-old gave a superb hit at the Orange Park.
The dog is also famous for finishing second in the 2011 Jacksonville Sprint Classic finals, he has become a big threat for other hounds in the Silver Cup. It seems that this time he will surely take the cup back home.
The race scheduled on the 10th on the card considers son of Afleet Alex out of Xtreme Hustler, Really Xtreme the shining star of the event. The undefeated champ has always been a major competition for his contenders, his speed and swiftness never
let anyone lead him in the race.
Another hound who is famous for his early speed is the black dog Raiders Bart. The three-year-old with his fantastic inside post can come out real good.
The black female b***h Lakeview Lassie with her amazing efforts has never missed the prize money in any of her races, the two-year-old has an ability to run on the outside of the race track.
The 11th on the card displays races, in which 8 grade A greyhounds will take part, this race will help in separating the winners from the runner-ups.
The final of the 2011 James J Patton Silver Cup is scheduled on the Saturday the 3rd of September 2011. To share the purse of $ 2,250 the greyhound champions have to compete at the Orange Park Kennel Club.
