Grievance meeting..... please help?

Question

ive had my grievance meeting today with regards to being constructively dismissed. they have offered me re-instatement and loss of earnings x 4 weeks (an offer which i feel i cannot take due to lack of trust in the company)

it will soon be 30 days from placing the initial grievance, can i still take this to an employyment tribuanl considering there outcome and if so any comments as to how successful i would be?

any help appreciated

I think you best take the offer. Your chances are not good that you can prevail for more $
