You need to get in the middle of 2 people who aree grinding. Then follow their hips. Not too hard. Just like follow the leader.

No one is 'bad' at dancing. Everyone starts as a beginner and eventually if they have the dedication and talent they turn into an amazing dancer. If you want to suceed in grinding then you will, just practice and haev fun while your at it. Im sure you are not a 'bad' dancer. You will be great if you like.

Just because your a bad dancer doesn't mean you will be bad a grinding. Just like that rap group "pretty ricky". They can't dance and they are good at grinding. the girls love them!! All the girls love them except me. You know why?? Because they can't dance....
