  1. I do that too and it was the cause of the headaches - which is nice really, I wondered if I had a brain tumor.

Less stress would be a good thing. Talk before you go to bed and resolve any worries you can.

  2. go to the dentist and they can fix it by giving him a metal retainer like mouth piece he just wears at night time which prevents him from grinding his teeth, i used to grind my teeth and its very helpful, all they had to do is put some stuff around my teeth and mold them out, which took maybe 10 minutes and it takes about 2 weeks for the specialists to make it

    good luck!

  3. Your husband is suffering from a condition known as bruxism. He needs to visit a dentist and if possible a counsellor. Bruxism is usually the result of stress and your shouting at him would harm it more. Try talking to him about the stress he is facing at work and that would help a lot. Try and understand his problems and though you may not be able to help him, hearing his problems itself can work wonders. The dentist would give him a prosthesis known as bite guard or night guard which is helpful in resolving thhe problem. He needs both professional support and your emotional support.
