Grip for baseball bat????????????

i play baseball at the high school level and i dont use batting gloves. i dont know why but i never have. i was wondering if it is bad for your hands to only use athletic tape to grip a bat or if it is fine because my dad said that it is bad for your hands because basebal bat grip has cushion and teh athletic tape doesnt...is it really bad for your hands or not?

no, its fine

your hands will eventually build up calluses and youll be fine.

i hit with no gloves and did my own tape job on my bat with athletic tape and i still have both hands, which are still looking d**n good. haha
