Groin guard help (GUYS)?

i do TKD and i wear a kwon groin guard, and my pubes around Mr Peeps itch heaps :(, any tips or help?

Use Golds Bond Powder.  Great stuff.

Hi

You are having a slight reaction to your groin guard.

Get some 2% hydro-cortisone cream from the chemist and this will clear it up for you.

If you still have the problem next time you wear the groin guard get a new one or put some cream like Savlon on before you put on the groin guard.
