Every time I run, my groin starts to hurt despite stretching before I rune, do you have any suggestions such as stretches or stride fixes that would help with this.

  1. well i would suggest staying off it for a while. my friend had the same problem and he kept running on it and it just got worse. always ice it too.

  2. If something hurts and it is not explainable its best to stop and have a doctor look at it. I tried to run despite pain in my shins and got a stress fracture, so it is best get it checked out.

  3. I believe like the other guys if it hurts don't run go swimming until it heals or ease yourself back into running run on grass to ease impact and short distances but not to the point of pain 3/4 times a week do not try running on any hard surfaces even a jog

  4. Definitely stay off of it for awhile! If you don't you may end up with a pulled or torn groin muscle (if you haven't already). Please stay off of it. Make sure you ice it, yes, ice around that area. Make sure you don't get the twins too cold, though. Try to get it on the groin muscle. I'd take 3-7 days off and then start with a light run. If your feeling good, up it from there. That's the bad thing about running, half the time, you are healing from injuries. Good Luck! ;P

  5. A tip is wear a Jock Strap, that's best, IF you don't already.

Then see what happens, since you are a guy, and have genitalia hanging down there, there will always be some sort of bouncing or contact with your legs moving back and forth so much...Be careful though, I suggest you see a Doctor!

It's possible that a guy can loose a testcial due to testcialur cancer, I'm not saying you will ( trust me I wouldn't mess with a guy about something so serious) but you do need to watch out for that stuff.
