Question:

Groin injury is stopping me for doing my best?

I am some what good at track and okay at football but when i did track i suffered an injury a groin injury and my running in football and in track have not been the same i want to be able to run has fast has i did before its been 2 months and the injury is still hurting and so is my running game what should i do

  1. well if it took that long you should probably go see a doctor or and expert !!!


  2. try to lay off of extrsise that makes your groin hurt because that is whats causing it to persist. find extrsise you can do that doesnt make it hurt and eventualy it will go away. make sure to try not to do anything that causes the pain to come back and try putting some ice on your injury. good luck and i hope this helps

  3. i hear you man, i was the school star until a foot surgery knocked be back a couple steps. as for the injury i always recommend for almost all sports injuries DMSO(dimethyl sulfoxide) look it up on google for where to buy it. i also use this product myself and have had fantastic results.
