Gross Pimple on my arm help me ?

i have this pimple on my arm its red and the top of it is yellow how did it happen and how can i get rid of it

i'd say the best thing to do is just wash it with warm water and a washcloth. its may help or it may not. give it a try.

It sounds more like an ingrown hair. Generally, those appear more red like that on your arms and then the yellow is the pus. Just keep it cleaned. It will soon open and drain or if you cannot stand it you can do it and let it drain out. Just keep it clean so that it will not get infected. It will heal right up then and just go away. Just do not keep picking at it or it will obviously scar. Good Luck!!
