Question:

Ground Birds, Underground Birds??

by  |  earlier

We are laying grass outside our patio area, and we got to a bit near the house, and there was a hole. At first we thought nothing of it and kept laying grass. Then there was a sudden movement and we thought it was a mouse, but it was a bird!

A small little grey bird. It was tiny.

What do we do?

What are they called?

I couldnt find any info about them on the net?

Thanks

  1. This is actually very common. I live in Australia and Im guessing you are either from US or UK so I couldn't tell you what the bird was but over here we have these little birds called pardelotes which are tiny and they live in little holes in the dirt. So don't freak out its natural for a lot of birds.

    Hope this helps!
