  1. ground wire are for grounding your car electronic ie. amp, headunit etc

  2. Since you are so clueless you should seek out a professional installer.

  3. To install these woofers:

    You're going to need:

    - An amplifier that matches the specs of your subs

    - A wiring kit that matches the specs of your amplifier (this includes your positive and negative (or ground wire) Ground wire simply attaches to a nearby metal bolt or s***w to "complete" the circuit of current more or less that's flowing to your amp.

    - RCA cables/and or line out converter

    -s***w driver & drill

    - Wire strippers and crimpers

    - Speaker wire from amp to subs/sub terminals

    - Remote wire from headunit to amp

    - Maybe some zip ties to make it look nice

    To install the subs.

    - Run power wire from positive terminal of battery (connect this last). Sometimes you can use existing holes in firewall which are for factory wires, other times you'll have to drill your own

    - Connect remote wire to source

    - Run RCA cables and/or remote wire

    - Connect Ground lead connections

    - Connect and and/or capacitors

    - Wire it up and bump.

If you have any additional questions, please feel free to ask and I'll be more than happy to assist you. Good luck bro.
