Grounded...?

So im grounded from hanging out with friends. Ive been so bored! my older sister recommended to start a new hobby... but I have no ideas! any ideas will help! thanks:)

try a thing that you wanted to do all you life but never nad the chance yo do it like bake, sew, knit, crosha(etc.) stuff like that

I have two ideas for you...

1. Try topiary. It's a totally cool skill and not very many people do it, so if you learn to get good at it then people will think you're seriously cool.

2. Get on the internet and discover some underground music! You are going to know about all kinds of cool music that nobody else knows about! There's a thriving underground scene in this world full of all kinds of cool music that most people don't know about because they're all too busy listening to all the junk the big four record companies keep spewing out. That mainstream junk all starts to sound the same and get boring pretty fast. Search around on the internet and get some fresh sounds! Here are some links to get you started. The songs and bands/artists cover a variety of styles, here, so if you don't like one artist, listen to another. Also, some of these artists vary their style even within different songs, so if you don't like one song, listen to other songs by the same artist; they might surprise you!

I'm recommending the bands/artists in general, but I'll also provide a few YouTube links when I can to a few songs. A lot of the good songs aren't on YouTube, though, but you can hear more on their myspace pages, so I'll link those if I can, also. I ESPECIALLY RECOMMEND THE STUFF BY EMILIE SIMON; SHE'S AWESOME!
