Safeway sent me the following information:
Woolworths/Safeway Supermarkets conduct Group Assessments, as they are a more reliable assessment tool than traditional one-on-one interviewing. This is because all candidates are completing the same activities at the same time. As part of the group assessment process, we also have observers. Their role is to watch and record behaviors of 4-5 candidates each, to ensure that everyone is observed fairly. The entire process will take approximately 1 hour. During this time, you will cover

Two activities — one of which you will be working in pairs, the other you will be working in small groups.

If so, what type of questions/scenarios did they pose ?
What work did you do with your partner?
What was involved in the numeracy/literacy tests?
