the only chat you have that is linked to yahoo is there messenger..the group chat feature has been remove years back

Most groups now have a database to fill out w/ your aim, ym, or msn msg id, and hold weekly or whatever you wish chats via the conference feature of your preferred messenger. someone initiated the conference and invites all in the database to join in. you have effectively created your own chat room. other than that specifically there is no way. yahoo did away w/ it, and they keep saying they are bringing it back, but since it's been a couple of years i doubt it. highly.
