  1. I am the President of the Parent Advisory Board of my childrens' preschool.  They ask me to sit in on every applicant being interviewed for every position.

Look each person in the group interview in the eye and shake their hand firmly while introducing yourself.

Be prepared for each person to have a different set of questions to ask you.

Be prepared to give verbal examples of your previous work and accomplishments.  Don't be afraid to sell yourself.

Be prepared to give specific times you positively handled conflict on the job.  Tell what the conflict was, how you approached to person(s) with the conflict, and the result.  Don't be afraid to say you learned the way not to deal with conflict, but it didn't interefere with your job.

Thank each interviewer  for their time and leave the room on a positive note saying something like I look forward to hearing from you soon.
