Group Listing not available after weeks/months. alphaLEAD0807 and betaLEAD0108?

Question

Prospective members who've attended the community conferences are unable to locate the group via searches using the yahoo groups interface. This is a problem for those members who are having problems receiving / processing the typical email invite and are looking for an alternate method of joining.

if the group is a closed/ invite only, it's not ever going to list in the directory listing. if it's list as adult it's not going to list in the directory listing either
