Group doesn't show up in search results!!?

Question

i created a group in yahoo groups... gave it a name (of course!!), when my friends search for it through the search bar, they can't find it........... yes.. it doesn't show up in the search results!!

"what shall i do"??!!?? plz help...

if you made the group private when you founded it, it won't be listed however you should have the URL in the email you received.

This means that your group is not listed in the group's category. You can change it by following the steps below:

1. Click on the Management link at the left side of the page.

2. Under Group Settings, click the Description and Appearance.

3. Click the Edit link next to Description.

4. Click the radio button next to Listed in Yahoo! Groups directory.

5. Click Save Changes when you're done.

Please take note that if your membership type is set to Closed, changes that will be made will be permanent.
