Group member can only access homepage of group. How can she gain access to all of the group?

I run a yahoo group and one of my members said she can only access the home page. How can she gain access to all of the group?

is it only that one member? do they have a Yahoo ID? those w/o a ID will not have access to web feature like links and file, and so on.

are your group setting set so members can access the group features? this is called web tools under management- group settings
