Group member is not receiving any group features.?

One of my group members is not receiving any of my group features. All my other members are having no problems. Can someone advise please. This member has left and re-joined the group but the situation is still the same. She says she is not receiving any group e-mails. As i said every other member is receiving all groups features.

  1. does that member have a yahoo account or just their e-mail address connected to the group? you can check this by looking in the members list. under the first column Member will be their address in bold, the next column Yahoo ID will only have this:  (Request Profile)   members who subscribed only with their e-mail address will not have access to those web features-

    if that is not the case, and since they're not getting posts either and is only effecting that one member, one would think it's an issue with their mail provider and ISP server.

  2. For the simple email bounce, you might look at this member's listing. There is a choice box that probably says: "no email". You can change that for her.

    For access to the yahoogroups website she has to have a yahoo ID. There is a Yahoogroups membership wizard that helps members that do not have yahoo addresses to get an ID and link that email to the ID.
