Group members messages constantly going into spam folder?

Hello. For a long while now, I've had to approve all messages from one of my members. His messages are always placed in the spam folder. I have my group set to automatically approve all messages from members. Does anyone know how can I get the group to accept his messages? Thanks!

Find him in your member's list.  Click edit membership under his i.d.  Scroll down click  edit beside posting messages.  In the next window check use group settings, click save.

Here’s how to turn Spam Filtering off:

From the list on the left, click Management.

Click Messages under Group Settings.

Click Edit next to Posting and Archives.

Select Off under "Spam Filtering".

Click Save Changes.
