Groups - How do I post a pic in my message?

I use Flickr and tried the HTML code & the link and neither worked. I know it's possible 'cuz other members do it!

I never got flicker to work sending it in my e-mail to a group. it also depends on where you're trying to do this from, your own e-mail or from off the group. I send photo's to my groups by copying and pasting a JPEG to my e-mail
