Groups question?

i just sent a message to a member in my yahoo groups and it said message posted.

does that mean it will post on the main board and be sent out to everyone?

if you sent it to that person directly and not to the group, only that person will get it- that's a default message letting you know it was successfully sent

If you sent it to your group including the group address to the TO section ([e-mail]), then, it is sent to the group. But if you send it to the receiver only, it isn't sent to the group.
